Included in the rental price are the first set of towels, kitchen towels, bedsheets as well as wifi.

 

If you wish to use the washing machine in the basement, an additional charge will be applied.

 

Please note that this apartment is strictly non-smoking.

 

Arrival from 2 pm, check-out before 11 am. If you require different arrival or check-out times please contact us and we will try to accommodate these.

 

Further information material, including a city map of Kirchheim unter Teck and flyers, will be provided on arrival.

 

To book the apartment, an advance payment of 20% of the rental price is to be made. The remaining price is to be transferred 2 days before arrival or payed in cash on the day of arrival.

 

If you wish to cancel your booking on short notice (less than 4 weeks before the agreed rental period), unfortunately a refund cannot be provided. The cancelation is to be sent in written form by email.

 

If the tenant aborts his stay in advance (before the end of the agreed rental period) the remaining days will not be refunded.
